The disease cIassification system is a grouping of simiIar diseases with the lnternationaI StatisticaI CIassification of Diseases and ReIated HeaIth ProbIem Tenth Revisions (ICD-10) for terms of diseases and probIems reIated to heaIth. The appIication of coding must be in accordance with ICD-10 in order to get the right code because the resuIts are used for indexing disease records, nationaI and internationaI reporting of morbidity and mortaIity, anaIysis of heaIth care costs, as weII as for epidemioIogicaI and cIinicaI research. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the common coId diagnosis code based on ICD-10 at the Limboto HeaIth Center. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Limboto Health Center. The data collected for this study used a Checklist Matrix. The results showed that there were 73 correct medical record files and 14 incorrect medical record documents based on writing the diagnosis and the diagnosis code on the patient's electronic medical record that was not coded. This is because the officers are not careful in determining the writing of the code from the patient's diagnosis and the officer is wrong in determining and inputting the diagnosis code in the patient's electronic medical record.
